Returns
No Returns Policy
Thank you for your interest in purchasing artwork from Crucible and Canvas. Please read our No Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any artwork purchased from Crucible and Canvas. Once a sale is completed, it is considered final.
2. Artwork Condition We take great care to accurately depict and describe each piece of artwork on our website. However, please note that due to variations in computer monitors, colors may appear slightly different in person. Additionally, handmade artworks may have slight imperfections that are inherent to the artistic process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
3. Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [contact email] with clear photographs of the damaged or defective item. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
4. Shipping Crucible and Canvas is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. We take utmost care in packaging artwork to ensure its safe delivery to you. If you receive a package that appears to be damaged in transit, please document the damage with photographs and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
5. Custom Artwork Please note that commissioned or custom artwork is non-refundable once the commission process has begun. We will work closely with you throughout the commission process to ensure your satisfaction with the final artwork.
